The Tonnie Concept

We’ve been in the business of tech and tech recruitment for a really long time.
Over the years, we noticed that IT employers and tech talent would voice the same concerns time and again.
On the one hand, companies were having a hard time hiring and retaining qualified candidates. Due to the ever-increasing demand for tech workers and the growing talent deficit in Europe, local recruitment had become a costly and time-consuming endeavor.
On the other hand, international specialists who’d otherwise make a perfect fit were getting turned down by potential employers — not because they didn’t have the tech expertise but simply due to a lack of soft skills or because their English was a little rusty.
We figured it would be great if someone could provide high-skilled candidates with the extra bit of support and training they needed to make them international-ready — and then help them connect with the right employers.
That’s how the Tonnie concept was born back in 2019.
Since then, we’ve helped 1,000+ talents from all over the world to hone their skills, get hired by global companies, and succeed in the international job market.
